1. Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel our services by contacting us via email at info@ussoldigigrowth.com. However, the following terms apply:
- Project-Based Services: Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of payment and before project work has started. If the work has begun, cancellation is not possible.
- Monthly Retainer Services: You must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to cancel any recurring service.
- No cancellations are allowed for services already delivered, or campaigns launched as agreed.
2. Refund Policy
Ussol Digigrowth follows a transparent and strict no-refund policy, except under the following exceptional conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a payment is made twice for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded.
- Non-Initiation of Project: If the project has not been started within 10 working days of payment (and the delay is on our end), you may request a full refund.
- Technical Errors: If a payment was deducted but not received on our end, and no service has been initiated, a full refund will be issued.
Note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Services that are already delivered or partially completed.
- Custom strategies, consultations, or digital audits.
- Paid media budget or ad spend paid to third-party platforms (like Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
